What the website is

The website gives information about our training and products, the build log and the research. Through the forms you can send a sign-up, an expression of interest, a waitlist request or a message.

Course and bootcamp

Price, dates, cancellation and refund if a group does not start are in your offer and invoice. What is on the website is information and not a binding offer, unless we confirm it in an offer or invoice.

How you may use the website

You may use the website for your own lawful purposes. Not allowed:

• filling in the forms with false data, or with someone else’s data without their knowledge;
• overloading the website or the forms, or querying them automatically in a way that harms their operation;
• trying to get access to parts of the website or the server that are not meant for you;
• sending harmful code or messages through the forms.

Content and intellectual property

The texts, the design, the images and the software of this website belong to Orion-Solution CommV or to those who licensed them to us. You may read them, share a link and quote briefly with a source. For any other use, ask our permission first.

Accuracy of the information

We do our best to keep the information correct and current, but we cannot guarantee it. The status of a product (such as live, test phase or pilot) is a snapshot. The build log shows reports and how fast they were fixed; it is information and not a promise for the future.

Other websites and applications

If we link to an application or website of someone else, their own terms and privacy statement apply there. We are not responsible for their content.

Liability

We offer the website as it is and do not guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage from using the website. This does not change our liability for intent, gross negligence or personal injury, nor the rights the law always gives you as a consumer.

Personal data

What we do with the data from the forms is in the privacy statement.

Applicable law and disputes

Belgian law applies to these terms. If you have a complaint, email jaspervandemoortel@orion-solution.net first and we will look for a solution together. As a consumer you can also turn to BELMED (belmed.fgov.be) or to the Economic Inspectorate of the FPS Economy (economie.fgov.be). Disputes belong to the Belgian courts. Mandatory rules that protect you as a consumer stay in force.
