Hablar
Working title. You help choose the new name.Marking speaking tasks, with you as the assessor.
Your pupils record their answer. Hablar transcribes it, marks grammar errors (and pronunciation in Spanish) and proposes a score for each criterion of your rubric. You confirm or change it: the grade is always yours.

How it works
- 1
You create a task with your own rubric.
- 2
Pupils record their answer, on a phone or laptop.
- 3
Hablar transcribes, flags errors and proposes scores.
- 4
You decide. You confirm or change every proposed score.

What Hablar deliberately does not do
It gives no CEFR level and no fluency grade when the evidence is too thin.
It does not mark spelling in a speaking task.
French pronunciation gets no score: that judgement stays with you.
Honest about the numbers
All accuracy figures so far come from test recordings with synthetic voices, not from real pupils. The pronunciation test alone has 280 measurements over 70 test clips. A first class will use it during the trial period.
